Aware of this importance, educational institutions across Điện Biên province have prioritized food safety, while health authorities have strengthened inspections to prevent potential food poisoning risks.

ĐBP - Visiting Chiềng Sinh commune today, many hamlets have clean concrete roads, solar-powered lamp posts, and national flags hanging along the routes. The coffee and macadamia gardens stretch green across the hillsides. The lives of people in the highland villages are “changing their skin and flesh” every day.

ĐBP - These days, visiting residential areas across Điện Biên province, one finds a bustling, joyful, and excited atmosphere for the Great National Unity Festival. The festival is an occasion for people to meet, tighten neighborly bonds, and look back on a year of joining forces and hearts to build prosperous and happy villages.

ĐBP - Thousands of gifts, wheelchairs, school supplies, and household items are meaningful tokens of sharing from all levels, sectors, and benefactors, given to people with disabilities in Điện Biên province over the years. Though the material value may not be large, they hold heartfelt care and encouragement, helping people with disabilities find more strength and confidence to rise up in life.

ĐBP - Identifying that “secure housing” is the foundation for people to “secure livelihoods,” Nậm Kè commune in Điện Biên province has recently implemented many synchronous programs and projects to support the construction and repair of housing for poor, near-poor, and policy-beneficiary households.

ĐBP - Child marriage and consanguineous marriage are harmful customs that still exist, especially in ethnic minority areas, leaving long-lasting and severe consequences. In the highland commune of Nà Bủng, many communication programs and plans to raise awareness are being synchronously implemented, gradually pushing back and aiming to eliminate the problems of child marriage and consanguineous marriage.

ĐBP - From practical actions to concrete community models, the campaign to build “5 no’s, 3 cleans” families launched by the Điện Biên provincial Women’s Union has become a highlight, spreading widely among local women and community members.

ĐBP - Making the “Campaign to build schools for border communes” a reality, and joining the rest of the country, Điện Biên province has broken ground on 10 inter-level boarding schools for primary and secondary students.

ĐBP - Implementing the two-level local government model, along with consolidating the apparatus towards being streamlined and effective, Điện Biên province has also placed special emphasis on the rational use and exploitation of redundant headquarters.

ĐBP – Recently, the Điện Biên provincial Police’s Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, organized a series of activities to promote online safety skills for students as part of the “Not Alone” campaign. The activity aims to raise awareness and equip students with self-protection skills against the increasingly sophisticated risks of scams, enticement, and online kidnapping in cyberspace.
