ĐBP - Without loud slogans or superficial gestures, the "Skilful Mass Mobilization" movement by the border guard force of Điện Biên province has been quietly making meaningful, practical contributions to the local socio-economic development. ĐBP - These days, in the border commune of Nà Bủng of Điện Biên province, people of all ethnic minority groups are eagerly looking forward to the first Nà Bủng commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. ĐBP - On the afternoon of August 3, following a direct visit to residents severely affected by natural disasters in Điện Biên province, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính, Head of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee, and the Government’s working delegation held a meeting with the Standing Board of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee to assess and direct recovery efforts.

One key factor behind this success has been the clear assignment of tasks, linking specific responsibilities to each individual based on the principle of “self‑awareness of responsibility” so that every official and civil servant works proactively, constructively, and seriously.
