Provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng inspects progress of inter-level school projects in Sam Mứn and Núa Ngam

ĐBP - On the afternoon of July 14, Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, inspected the implementation progress of the inter-level Primary and Secondary Boarding School projects in Sam Mứn and Núa Ngam communes.

Joining the delegation were members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, leaders of provincial boards, departments, and sectors, alongside leaders of the Party Committees and People’s Committees of Sam Mứn and Núa Ngam communes. Conducting a physical inspection at the construction sites, provincial Party Committee Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng and the delegation reviewed the construction progress of each item and evaluated the overall project deployment.

Regarding the inter-level Primary and Secondary Boarding School project in Sam Mứn commune, the construction items have achieved 85% to 95% of their workload to date, with the disbursement rate reaching 72% of the assigned capital plan. The contractors have officially committed to completing and handing over the work before August 30 in strict accordance with the province’s schedule.

Through the physical inspection, provincial Party Committee Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng acknowledged and praised the high sense of responsibility and distinct efforts made by both the investor and construction units during project implementation. He requested the units to continue maintaining high construction intensity and mobilizing maximum resources to complete the remaining items, ensuring both top-tier quality and steady progress to meet the requirements for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

The provincial Party Committee Secretary suggested that the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Sam Mứn commune proactively formulate enrollment plans and arrange the teaching staff in accordance with regulations. He also urged them to mobilize various local forces to coordinate in cleaning classrooms, planting trees, and sprucing up the landscape to create a spacious and safe learning environment, fully prepared to welcome students for the new school year.

At the inter-level Primary and Secondary Boarding School project in Núa Ngam commune, provincial Party Committee Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng requested all relevant units to complete the entire facility, handing it over for use before August 30.
