The Central Committee for Mass Mobilisation works with the Điện Biên Provincial Party Committee

ĐBP – The inspection team from the Party Central Committee for Mass Mobilisation on Tuesday held a working session with the Standing Committee of the Điện Biên Provincial Party Committee regarding the implementation of Conclusion No 114-KL/TW issued on July 14, 2015 on improving the effectiveness of mass mobilisation work in State agencies.

Since the implementation of Conclusion 114 by the Party Secretariat, mass mobilisation work in State agencies in the province has seen significant innovations and improvements.

The awareness and responsibility of organisations in the political system, especially Government agencies at all levels, regarding mass mobilisation have increased. The role of mass mobilisation in executing the province's key political tasks has been recognised, with many positive results achieved.

The Mass Mobilisation campaign has been widely implemented in various agencies and units. Administrative reforms, the restructuring, and reorganisation of State administrative bodies and public service units have been carried out systematically.

Local Party committees and authorities have also focused on citizen reception, complaint resolution, and addressing petitions in accordance with jurisdiction, procedures, and regulations. Inspection, supervision, and coordination between the authorities and mass mobilisation bodies, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organisations have been enhanced, facilitating the people's right to participate in building a strong Party and government.

In an open and responsible spirit, members of the inspection team and delegates discussed, shared, and added insights into the achievements as well as challenges faced in the implementation of mass mobilisation work by State agencies in the province.

Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilisation, Nguyễn Lam, acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership role of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in directing the implementation of Conclusion 114 by the Party Secretariat. This has been demonstrated by the positive changes in Party building, the political system, socio-economic development, and national defense and security in the province.

Lam suggested that in the coming period, Điện Biên Province should continue to effectively implement the resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the Politburo, the Party Secretariat, and the Government on mass mobilisation work, strictly follow regulations on public service ethics and workplace culture.

The province should further promote patriotic emulation movements and the Mass Mobilisation campaign in connection with studying and following President Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, morality, and style.

It also needs to timely commend and replicate exemplary models in the implementation of mass mobilisation work by state agencies at all levels to create widespread impact, he said.

Before working with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilisation's inspection team also reviewed the implementation of Conclusion 114 in Mường Ảng District and the provincial Department of Education and Training.
