Attending the dialogue were also members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; representatives of the leadership of the People’s Council, People’s Committee, and provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; departments, branches, and a large number of officials and people of Na Sang commune.
At the dialogue, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Trần Tiến Dũng thoroughly grasped the content of the dialogue with the People and provided information on the situation of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and building the province’s political system in 2025 and a number of tasks for 2026. Along with that, Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilization Vừ A Bằng presented to the People the targets for socio-economic development, national defense - security, Party building, and political system building in 2026; and disseminated a number of new resolutions, regulations, and conclusions of the province and the Central level.
Also within the framework of the dialogue, there were 11 turns of opinions from the people of villages: Huổi Hạ, Nậm Bó, Huổi Xuân, Na Sang, Chiêu Ly, Huổi Lóng, Làng Dung, village 36, residential group 3, and representatives of Na Sang Cooperative, focusing on proposing the removal of difficulties and definitive resolution of issues regarding production land, livelihood, electricity, domestic water, and site clearance for a number of projects in the area.
Representatives of the Na Sang commune People’s Committee, Project Management and Land Fund Development Board of Area 4, Department of Agriculture and Environment, provincial Police Department, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade... took turns answering and clarifying the people’s opinions under their settlement authority.
Speaking at the dialogue, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Trần Tiến Dũng affirmed that the people’s opinions at the conference were very legitimate and realistic. Trần Tiến Dũng also expressed sharing with difficulties due to the lack of production land and uninvested infrastructure (roads not invested in, no electricity, insufficient production water...). He requested deputies of the People’s Council and National Assembly to strengthen supervision and grasp reality to propose priority areas for investment and resolve urgent difficulties for the people of Na Sang commune. Regarding villages without electricity, such as: Huổi Hạ, Huổi Y, Trần Tiến Dũng deeply shared the difficulties with the people, and simultaneously required the Department of Industry and Trade to review the overall electricity projects being implemented to propose investment in bringing electricity to people in the two villages of Huổi Hạ and Huổi Y according to a separate investment list proposal, which must be implemented immediately.
Regarding the reality of roads to Huổi Hạ villages, roads from Na Sang to other communes... not yet invested in or invested in but not meeting requirements, Trần Tiến Dũng required leaders of Na Sang commune to go to each village area to grasp the true status, report to the province for consideration, and balance investment capital in order of priority for the most difficult villages, then to other villages.
The proposal to adjust the planning of 3 types of forests by people in Huổi Xuân village is very legitimate; the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee also stated that he had directed sectors, Na Sang commune, and commune levels throughout the province to review the entire local planning area of 3 types of forests; the deadline is December 31 to complete the review to serve as a basis for adjusting land types, based on specific production zone planning, ensuring production by zone and efficiency...
Regarding the proposal to invest in building a pineapple processing factory in Na Sang, Trần Tiến Dũng agreed with the people’s recommendation, but he suggested people expand the planting area and comply with tree planting processes to ensure products meet design and quality for processing. The Secretary of the provincial Party Committee also suggested party committees and authorities get involved to call for investors to invest in building processing factories, but first, people must accompany in expanding the area and planting zones and comply with technical processes, ensuring product quality and design.
