During the first 9 months of 2026, the Party Committee of Mường Mùn commune promoted the spirit of solidarity and consensus, proactively rolling out political tasks across all fields. Party building recorded multiple positive shifts; Party member recruitment exceeded assigned targets; and 100% of Party member records were digitized. Mass mobilization and monitoring public opinion received attention, helping consolidate faith and consensus among the people. Socioeconomic development continued to advance, agricultural, forestry, and livestock production were sustained, and areas under key crops were broadened. The entire commune currently possesses over 1,800ha of coffee, more than 1,200ha of macadamia, and over 580ha of rubber. Culture, healthcare, education, and social welfare received dedicated care; national defense and security were consolidated and maintained.

In the final 3 months of the year, Mường Mùn commune concentrates on leading and directing the effective building of the political system; heightening the dissemination and implementation of Party directives and resolutions; and promoting studying and following Uncle Hồ. The commune also reviews socioeconomic development benchmarks to strive for 100% completion of assigned targets; strengthens forest management and protection; tightens land, natural resources, and environmental management; elevates educational and healthcare quality; and ensures political security and social order across the area.

At the working session, leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and socio-political organizations suggested that Mường Mùn commune pay attention to reviewing and classifying land data, carrying out digital transformation, eliminating temporary housing for poor households, addressing ethnic and religious affairs, ensuring social welfare, and preventing early child marriage and consanguineous marriage.

Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Mùa A Vảng acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility and achievements recorded by the Party committee, administration, and residents of Mường Mùn commune in recent times.

Under challenging circumstances, the commune has achieved positive shifts across multiple domains. However, Mường Mùn commune must address certain limitations, such as a high poverty rate and modest digital transformation outcomes.

Regarding focal tasks ahead, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Mùa A Vảng requested that the commune execute several key assignments effectively. It must concentrate on poverty reduction, elevating public living standards, developing commodity-oriented production, raising the added value of staple crops such as coffee and macadamia, and facilitating production-consumption linkages for farmers.

The commune should also attend to education and healthcare; accelerate administrative reform, digital transformation, and scientific-technological applications; and fast-track national target programs and new rural construction. Furthermore, the locality must continue performing Party building and Party member recruitment effectively; consolidate the apparatus promptly to elevate operational efficiency; stay close to grassroots conditions to resolve public opinions in a timely manner; and maximize the great national solidarity bloc.

Prior to the working session, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Mùa A Vảng and the working delegation visited a coffee-intercropped macadamia model in Ta Pao village, and presented financial support for constructing a Great Solidarity house to an impoverished household in Mường village.
