However, in rural areas, domestic waste remains a challenging problem, directly affecting people’s lives.

ĐBP - The movement “All people unite to build a cultured lifestyle” and the campaign “All people join hands to build new-style rural areas and modern urban communities” have brought visible changes to social life across Điện Biên province. Through practical, community based actions, these efforts are reshaping local lifestyles and fostering modern, culturally rich, and civilized communities.

ĐBP - In recent years, Điện Biên province’s private healthcare sector has expanded rapidly in both scale and quality. Many facilities have invested boldly in modern equipment and improved service standards, giving residents more options in medical care.

ĐBP - The health sector of Điện Biên province currently manages more than 2,100 food production, trading, and catering service establishments. In the context where food of unknown origin remains complex on the market, creating significant challenges for food safety and hygiene assurance.

ĐBP - One of the most outstanding results in the past term of Điện Biên province is the journey of removing temporary and dilapidated houses.

ĐBP - Located amidst the vast green forest, for generations, the community of ethnic groups in A Pa Chải village, Sín Thầu commune has always been resilient, overcoming difficulties to gradually create changes at the border tri-junction. Like forest trees reaching high, for the people here, it seems the harsher nature is, the stronger human determination becomes.

ĐBP - Aiming to help educational facilities in remote and isolated areas ensure stable daily-life water sources, organizations and individuals have joined hands to implement programs of drilling wells, installing storage tanks, and providing water conduction equipment suitable for specific terrain conditions.

ĐBP - The transition to the 2-tier local government model has posed a requirement to arrange and handle a large volume of public assets, especially the system of surplus headquarters and public service facilities. In Điện Biên, this work is deployed according to a strict process, adhering to the law, aiming to optimize land resources, avoid loss, and improve community service efficiency.

ĐBP - In 2025, many job fairs were organized in various areas within our province. Thereby connecting and creating conditions for workers, especially youth, pupils, students, and demobilized soldiers of the armed forces, to access and exchange information with units and enterprises inside and outside the province.

To help them protect themselves, educational institutions in the province regularly coordinate to implement many activities and programs to equip knowledge and guide situation response skills, ensuring safety for students.

ĐBP - Returning to everyday life after serving a prison sentence, many former offenders struggle with feelings of shame and inferiority. On the journey back toward the goodness and reintegrating into the community, the support of family and community becomes a steady hand, lifting them up, giving them strength, and helping them regain confidence to rebuild their lives and become law abiding citizens.

ĐBP - After implementing the merger and establishment of new administrative units, many localities were transferred and received a very large number of land and housing facilities. Managing, using, promoting efficiency, and avoiding waste of headquarters and public assets is an important task.

ĐBP - For high school students, career choice is very important, directly affecting their future. Faced with many choices, quite a few students encounter difficulties in determining suitable professions. Therefore, counseling and career guidance work helps students perceive careers correctly and choose paths that fit their own abilities and social needs.

ĐBP - In recent years, the situation of students using tobacco, especially e-cigarettes, is becoming a concerning issue. With diverse designs, easy access, and trading on social networks along with misleading advertisements, e-cigarettes are creeping into the lives of young people, seriously affecting their health and habits.

ĐBP - Preventive medicine plays a “gatekeeper” role in caring for the People’s health. In the context of diseases still harboring many complex factors, the provincial Health sector continues to pay attention and synchronously deploy preventive solutions, protecting community health from early on and from afar, according to the motto “prevention is better than cure”.

ĐBP - With over 2,000 public headquarters in the province needing rearrangement when operating the 2-tier local government model, the arrangement and handling of public assets is an important task, requiring the decisive and synchronous involvement of all levels and sectors, along with a strict, scientific process in accordance with regulations. To date, Điện Biên province has completed the procedures for handing over assets to the grassroots level, making efforts to arrange them suitably, aiming for the ultimate goal of ensuring public assets are managed and used effectively, promoting their value, and avoiding loss and waste.

ĐBP - Faced with the reality that the lives of highland students still encounter many difficulties, State support policies for cultural education and vocational education have become an important source of motivation helping them continue to go to school.
