In June, the province promptly deployed and implemented many activities related to reorganizing the structure and personnel. This included identifying key personnel for new social units, establishing and reorganizing various agencies and units... Additionally, proposals were made for the organization of 45 new administrative units and the reorganization of public service institutions, ensuring the resolution of policies related to government employees after restructuring.

Specific tasks were outlined for completion before June 25, such as presenting to the provincial Party Committee Standing Board decisions regarding key personnel appointments for new social units, and finalizing the formation of 45 new party units before June 20. The operation of the existing party units in districts and cities will be concluded by June 22.
Regarding the assets management during this transition, the province has outlined specific measures that maximize the use of existing assets and long-term goals. Priority will be given to repurposing office spaces for the new administrative units or other government services, and excess spaces will be converted for use in public services such as healthcare, education, parks, and cultural sites.

To ensure public order during the transition, the provincial Police will lead local forces to monitor developments, address any conflicts, and maintain security. The general public remains stable and no opposition or protests have been detected during the transition period.
The conference participants provided feedback on the formation of public service centers, the staffing required for new social units, and other concerns related to facilities and employee benefits. There is a particular focus on ensuring smooth service and efficient operation even with limited physical spaces.
