Provincial Party Committee Holds Key Cadre Conference on Personnel Matters

On the afternoon of August 23, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference with key provincial cadres, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to carry out the process of nominating personnel for the additional election of members to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The conference was chaired by Comrades Trần Quốc Cường, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mùa A Sơn, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Trần Quốc Cường emphasised the significance of these conferences on personnel matters, highlighting the importance of upholding democracy and collective wisdom. He urged the conference attendees to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, fairness, objectivity, and caution, carefully considering their choices before casting their votes to ensure quality outcomes.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Executive Committee (Step 2) and the Provincial Party Standing Committee (Step 3) reached a strong consensus on nominating candidates for the additional election of members to the Provincial Party Executive Committee. The report presented to the key provincial cadres sought their opinions on the proposed addition of three members to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, representing the Provincial Party Office, the Provincial People's Court, and the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee.
