Delegates discussed the progress of the 2025 Digital Transformation Plan, the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, by the Politburo, and Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP dated January 9, 2025, by the Government. Key areas of discussion included the development of digital infrastructure and shared platforms, sectoral data digitization, digital skills training, as well as the performance of integrated information systems across different levels and sectors. Delegates also evaluated the application of digital technologies in administrative operations and public service delivery to citizens and businesses, and reviewed the progress and challenges in implementing Project 06 for the period 2022-2025.
