Three out of five units under Division 355 participated in the competition, showcasing their comprehensive preparations across military, political, logistical, and technical aspects.

The focus was on disseminating and educating personnel on key directives in the 2025 combat training order, as well as preparing training records, lesson plans, schedules, and instructor training programs. Additionally, units ensured adequate arrangements for living quarters, study spaces, and operational facilities.

The competition also featured exhibitions, inspections, and evaluations of training models, equipment, training grounds, and practice areas. Special attention was given to innovations and improvements in training tools and materials.

This event serves as a crucial step in energizing the units ahead of the new training season. It provides an opportunity to assess leadership and implementation of training tasks, while also identifying issues for further improvement. By addressing any shortcomings, the competition aims to enhance the quality of training mission in 2025.

Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Cao Xuân Thành, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 355, emphasized the importance of strictly adhering to the competition’s regulations. He urged the organizing panel and judges to uphold their responsibility by conducting objective and accurate assessments of each unit’s training preparations.

The participating units were instructed to follow the competition’s directives, coordinate effectively with relevant agencies, and strictly comply with discipline and safety regulations.

Following the competition, the units will thoroughly review feedback, promptly solve any shortcomings, and finalize their preparations to achieve the highest possible results in the 2025 training program.
