Mr. Mùa A Sơn delivers a speech at the opening ceremony.

The 2025 Spring Press Festival showcases spring-themed publications, magazines, and special editions from ministries, provincial and municipal agencies nationwide, and Điện Biên Province. The event aims to serve soldiers and the public, offering a chance for further learning information about the achievements of the nation and the province.

Mr. Phạm Ngọc Hân, Editor-in-Chief of Điện Biên Phủ Newspaper and Chairman of the provincial Journalists’ Association, presents press publications to local armed forces.

Beyond meeting public information needs, the festival provides an opportunity for central and local journalists, reporters, and editors to meet together, exchange experiences, and listen to feedback from readers.
