Điện Biên leader cares for policy beneficiaries in Điện Biên Phủ City

ĐBP - On the afternoon of January 17, Mr. Phạm Đức Toàn, Standing Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Điện Biên Province visited and extended greetings to various units, policy beneficiary families, and war invalids in Điện Biên Phủ City on the occasion of the 2025 Lunar New Year (Tết) holiday.

Accompanying him were representatives from Điện Biên Phủ City and several provincial departments and agencies.

The delegation took a visit and conveyed greetings to three units, including Division 355 (Military Region 2), Điện Biên Power Company, and Điện Biên Airport.

Mr. Phạm Đức Toàn visits Điện Biên Airport. 

Representatives of these units provided brief reports on their task performance and key achievements in 2024.

In turn, Mr. Phạm Đức Toàn recognized and commended their accomplishments and efforts over the past year. He expressed his hope that they would continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, enhance their professional capabilities, and fulfill their assigned tasks effectively, thereby contributing to the province’s socio-economic development in the coming time.

Mr. Phạm Đức Toàn highly values task performance of Điện Biên Power Company.

On the occasion of Tết, he extended his best wishes to all officers, soldiers, civil servants, and employees of these units for good health, happiness, and success.

Visiting and presenting gifts to the family of veterans Trần Văn Thúy and Chu Hồng Phan in Noong Bua Ward, the official kindly inquired after their health and expressed deep gratitude for their contribution to the struggle for national liberation.

On the occasion of the 2025 Lunar New Year, he wished their families good health and a joyful and happy spring. He also encouraged them to continue living an exemplary life, participating in community activities, and being bright examples for younger generations.

Besides, Mr. Phạm Đức Toàn also visited and offered incense to Mr. Bùi Viết Bính, former Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee in Mường Thanh Ward, Điện Biên Phủ City.
