150 disadvantaged households in Mường Lay Town receive Tet gifts

ĐBP - On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 (Year of the Snake) or Tet holiday, the Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Điện Biên Province presented gifts to 150 disadvantaged households in Mường Lay Town on the morning of January 7.

At the event, 150 Tet gift packages, with a total value of VND 150 million, sponsored by the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) through the coordination of the Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Điện Biên Province, were distributed to needy families in Mường Lay Town. These gifts express warm sentiments and care from the Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Điện Biên Province and sponsors, helping the recipients to enjoy the warm and cozy Tet’s atmosphere.

The 150 Tet gift packages are delivered to disadvantaged residents in Muong Lay Town by the Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Điện Biên Province.

Extending the best wishes for the coming Lunar New Year, Ms. Ta Thi Yen, Deputy Head of Head of the Committee for Deputy Affairs under the National Assembly Standing Committee and member of the Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Điện Biên Province, encouraged families to overcome difficulties and strive in production activities, contributing to the sustainable development of their hometown.
