Tủa Thàng commune was established through the merger of the former Tủa Thàng and Huổi Só communes. At present, Tủa Thàng has a total of 63 staff positions and 24 part-time officers. Recognizing that stabilizing the organizational structure is the “key” condition for smooth direction and administration, the commune focuses on maintaining an orderly structure, assigning personnel to specific fields, especially ensuring the right people are placed in the right jobs so the apparatus runs smoothly and effectively.
Mr. Vừ A Hùng, Secretary of the commune Party Committee, said: “In the early days of establishment, the workload was quite large and there were many difficulties. However, each work group was assigned specific, clear tasks, and each officer was given responsibilities closely aligned with actual needs and their professional competence. Each cadre and civil servant is required to maintain a high sense of responsibility to ensure work is not interrupted. At the same time, we assess each officer’s abilities accurately to assign the right person to the right task.”
The arrangement of personnel is carried out in accordance with principles and regulations, in a democratic, objective, transparent, and careful manner, always putting the right person in the right position. The commune leadership also listens to the aspirations of staff, creating the best possible conditions for them to feel secure and committed to their work. This has generated high consensus among cadres and civil servants, aiming to build a streamlined, efficient, and effective commune-level organizational apparatus.

Officials transferred from the district level to work at the commune are striving to adapt to their new jobs, with a spirit of working for the common benefit of the people. This is also an opportunity for each officer to prove their qualities and capabilities.
Previously, when still at the district level, Mr. Quách Văn Chiến served as a Standing Member of the district Fatherland Front Committee. After the merger and establishment of Tủa Thàng commune, he was assigned to the commune as Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee. Although he has to work far from home and the work is harder, he remains determined to fulfill his duties well.
Mr. Chiến shared: “Working at the commune, especially in a remote area like Tủa Thàng, gives me the opportunity to contribute to serving the people. Even though the distance is far, conditions are lacking, and the work is heavier, I will continue to make every effort to study, work, learn from experience, and improve my performance.”
The arrangement of civil servants at the Public Administration Service Center is also carried out carefully, ensuring the right people are placed in the right jobs so that work proceeds smoothly. The center operates with the motto: “Fast - Public - Transparent - For the People - Jointly Promoting Administrative Reform.”
Mr. Sùng A Páo shared: “As a judicial-civil status officer, I have actively studied and mastered regulations, implementing professional tasks effectively. In addition to directly receiving and processing administrative procedures, I also spend time guiding people to use the National Public Service Portal so they can handle procedures online without having to come to the commune office.”
For part-time officers who wish to continue working, Tủa Thàng commune assigns them to support roles in the Party Committee, Fatherland Front, People’s Committee, and commune military unit. For those who wish to resign, the commune assigns relevant agencies to carry out procedures to settle policies in accordance with State regulations. Currently, Tủa Thàng has 24 part-time officers who have been assigned to continue their work.
With the spirit of “Serving the People,” the officials and civil servants of Tủa Thàng commune are making daily efforts to build a modern, effective, and people-oriented grassroots government. This has created excitement and trust among the people in the comprehensive changes brought by the new administrative structure.
