Điện Biên Provincial Party Committee meets with the provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front delegation before 10th National Congress

ĐBP - The Điện Biên Provincial Party Standing Committee on Wednesday met with the delegation of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Điện Biên Province, who will be attending the 10th National Congress of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front for the 2024–2029 tenure between October 16-18 in Hà Nội.

The meeting was attended by Trần Quốc Cường, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and representatives from the provincial commissions of organisation, mass mobilisation, and publicity and education.

During the meeting, Mùa A Vảng, Chairman of the Provincial VFF Committee, provided an update on the delegation attending the 10th National Congress. The delegation consists of ten members, including eight official delegates, all of whom meet the necessary criteria to participate in the Congress.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Lê Thành Đô, extends his remarks at the meeting.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Cường urged the delegation to adhere strictly to the regulations and guidelines set by the congress, including activities and travel arrangements as directed by the delegation leader.

He emphasised the importance of coordination within the delegation when sharing information at the congress. Should any issues arise, the delegation was advised to reach out to provincial leaders for support, he said.
