ĐBP - Recently, with the close direction of the Party committee and authorities of Thanh Yên commune, the work of dissemination and mobilizing people to implement projects in the area has been deployed synchronously and effectively. Thanks to that, people have increasingly raised their awareness, agreed with the State’s guidelines, actively coordinated, and contributed importantly to the project implementation process.

ĐBP - Despite facing numerous difficulties regarding facilities, teaching equipment, and living conditions for boarding students, in recent years, Chiềng Đông Secondary School, Búng Lao commune, Điện Biên province has been assessed as a unit with many positive changes in teaching and learning.

In Điện Biên province, 2025 marks a strong transformation in this work, as functional agencies proactively and flexibly deploy many new models, adapting to trends and practical needs.

ĐBP - In Điện Biên - a heroic historical land, culture is not only the root of identity but increasingly affirms its role as an important endogenous strength. Culture creates a spiritual foundation, social consensus, and sustainable motivation for the general development of the province in the new era.

ĐBP - In the context of the increasingly urgent requirement to improve the quality of primary healthcare, especially in mountainous, remote, and isolated areas like Điện Biên province, consolidating and improving the capacity of grassroots health is identified as a key task of the health sector.

ĐBP - Circular No.43/2025/TT-BYT dated November 15, 2025, of the Ministry of Health guiding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of health stations of communes, wards, and special zones under provinces and centrally-run cities (effective from January 1, 2026), stipulates that commune and ward health stations are public health service units directly under the commune-level People’s Committee, having legal status, seals, and separate accounts.
