The Điện Biên provincial Department of Home Affairs has new chief

ĐBP - On the afternoon of March 3, the Điện Biên provincial Department of Home Affairs organized a handover ceremony for the position of Director of the agency.

Comrade Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee attended the ceremony.

Based on Decision No.6033-QĐ/TU dated February 22, 2025, of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Mr. Trịnh Hoàng Thắng was appointed to participate in the Executive Board and Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Mường Chà district’s Party Committee.

On February 24, 2025, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee signed Decision No. 389/QĐ-UBND on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt, Secretary of the Mường Ảng district’s Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Council of Mường Ảng district, to hold the position of Director of the provincial Department of Home Affairs.

At the conference, Mr. Trịnh Hoàng Thắng, Secretary of the Mường Chà district’s Party Committee, former Director of the provincial Department of Home Affairs, signed the handover minutes of the Director of the provincial Department of Home Affairs to Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Lê Thành Đô congratulated and reminded Mr. Trịnh Hoàng Thắng and Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt to continue striving to improve their political qualities, ethics, and lifestyle; actively learn, improve their professional skills, and promote their leadership capacity to well perform key tasks in 2025 and subsequent years.

Comrade Lê Thành Đô also requested the collective leadership, officials, public servants, and employees of the provincial Department of Home Affairs and the Mường Chà district’s Party Committee to continue promoting their achievements, uphold their sense of responsibility, promote unity, and complete their assigned political tasks, meeting the requirements of their duties in the new situation.

In response, Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt sincerely thanked the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, and leaders of the provincial People’s Committee for trusting him with the new responsibility. He also affirmed that he would strive to improve his political courage, promote his role, responsibility, and personal capacity, actively study, learn, and explore new fields; and was determined to join the collective leadership, officials, public servants, employees, and workers of the provincial Department of Home Affairs to complete all tasks assigned by the Party and State.
