Na Sang commune has been selected by the provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the pilot grassroots-level Party Congress. Closely following the provincial directives, the Na Sang Party Committee has been actively developing and finalizing key documents for the congress, such as: consolidating grassroots party cells and subordinate party organizations, guiding the organization of their congresses, and drafting and collecting feedback on the political report, self-review report, draft resolutions, and action programs.
The Party Committee has restructured and established two party organizations: the Party Organization of Na Sang commune’s Party Agencies and the Party Organization of the Commune People’s Committee. Currently, the commune has 69 subordinate party organizations (including 67 party cells and 2 party organizations) with a total of 1,276 party members.
Implementing Directive No.45-CT/TW (April 14, 2025) of the Politburo on organizing party congresses at all levels toward the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Plan No.219-KH/TU (May 9, 2025) of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for implementing the directive, as well as related central and provincial guiding documents, the Standing Committee of the commune’s Party Committee has been focused on ensuring thorough and prompt implementation across all subordinate organizations.

The commune’s Party Committee issued Plan No.01-KH/ĐU (July 1, 2025) to implement Directive No.45-CT/TW. Four subcommittees were established: Documents, Dissemination & Ceremonial Affairs, Logistics, and Security, to assist the Party Committee in directing and preparing for the 1st Party Congress. These subcommittees developed specific work plans and delegated tasks to members. The Party Committee assigned its members to guide and supervise the congress organization of each subordinate party cell and organization.
To date, the draft political report for the 2025-2030 term has been completed in line with the required timeline and content. Other congress preparation activities are also being carried out according to schedule.
As this is the first congress after the administrative merger, dissemination efforts have received particular attention from the commune’s Party Committee. On July 4, the Dissemination & Ceremonial Subcommittee held a meeting to assign specific tasks to each member. Communication efforts will be implemented in three phases, before, during, and after the congress, focusing on: Promoting Marxism-Leninism, Hồ Chí Minh Thought; the significance, objectives, and tasks of party congresses at all levels; the proud history and development of the Vietnam Communist Party over the years; and especially, the achievements of Na Sang commune’s Party Committee in leadership across economic, political, cultural, social, and public security fields.
Trịnh Hoàng Thắng, Secretary of the Na Sang commune’s Party Committee, stated: “The Na Sang commune’s Party Committee has been selected by the Provincial Party Committee as a pilot unit. The time between its establishment and the congress is very short (within July), and the workload is considerable. However, with high political determination and close adherence to the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee’s direction, we have developed specific plans for each task and stage.”
Regarding the organization of party congresses in subordinate units: all 67 party cells have completed their congresses; the two newly established grassroots party organizations are expected to complete their cell-level congresses by July 10, and their own congresses by July 15; the Na Sang commune Party Congress is scheduled to be completed by July 25, 2025.
