ĐBP - Upholding the tradition of " Spring is the time for planting trees” and following the One Billion Trees Project initiated by the Prime Minister, many localities and units across Điện Biên Province have launched the “Forever Grateful to Uncle Hồ” tree planting festival on the occasion of the 2025 Lunar New Year (Tết) holiday.
