ĐBP - In the early days of the year, the cherry blossom island in Mường Phăng commune has become a spring travel destination attracting a large number of tourists.

Images and videos of lines of people and vehicles stretching along the route to the flower island being shared widely on social networks Facebook and Tiktok show the great attraction of the blooming cherry blossom season.

Covering an area of about 5ha, hundreds of thousands of cherry blossom trees are at the moment of brilliant blooming, creating a beautiful spring scene, attracting a large number of locals and tourists from all over to visit, take photos, and check-in. Although the number of visitors is high, blocking the walkways at many times, tourists still patiently queue to record beautiful moments beside the brilliant cherry blossom colors.

The bustling, lively atmosphere along with the characteristic pink color of the flower season has made Mường Phăng cherry blossom island a vibrant spring travel destination, welcoming thousands of visitors every day during the early days of the new year.

In the early days of 2026, the cherry blossom island in Mường Phăng commune attracts a large number of tourists inside and outside the province to visit and take photos.

In the coming time, especially on the occasion of the Mường Phăng commune Cherry Blossom Festival 2026 with the theme “Mường Phăng in Spring - Cherry Blossoms in Bloom” taking place from January 9 to 11, the number of tourists coming to the cherry blossom island is forecast to continue increasing. The attraction of the flower season along with the early year spring travel atmosphere is making this place become one of the prominent destinations of Điện Biên on the occasion of the beginning of the year.
