Nor do they need to fear revealing their identities or facing retaliation. Today, they can provide anonymous tips to authorities simply by scanning a QR code on their smartphones.

ĐBP - To improve grassroots operations and ensure the Party’s comprehensive leadership- especially in remote, mountainous, and border communes - the Nậm Pồ district’s Party Committee in Điện Biên province has implemented strong and synchronized measures to increase the percentage of village heads who are also Party members. This initiative aims to promote the political core role and leadership capacity of grassroots Party cells in local communities.
