The personnel plan for the 14th provincial Party Executive Committee, for the 2025 - 2030 term, clearly stated the standards, structure, and number of personnel to be introduced for election. Accordingly, the election list included 58 comrades who were introduced for the Congress to elect 52 comrades (leaving one position vacant) to the new term’s provincial Party Executive Committee.

Electing the 15th provincial Party Executive Committee is an important task of the Congress. The delegates considered, discussed, and selected comrades who possess heart, vision, talent, and virtue; who dare to think, act, and take responsibility for the common good; and who are capable of excellently completing their assigned tasks. They must be truly united and represent the wisdom, capacity, and quality of the new term’s provincial Party Committee.

On that basis, the delegates proceeded to cast their votes to elect the 15th provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

After a period of urgent, serious, and regulation-compliant work, the Vote Counting Committee announced the results of the election for the 15th provincial Party Executive Committee.

According to the election results, the Congress elected with confidence 52 comrades to the 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, from a total of 58 nominated comrades.
