After the floods, the province mobilized maximum resources and implemented coordinated urgent measures to restore infrastructure, ensuring smooth traffic flow to help localities quickly stabilize and guarantee residents’ safety.

ĐBP - Amidst the vast forests of the Northwestern region, Huổi Quang village (Mường Chà commune, Điện Biên province) exists like an isolated “oasis.” Located more than 10km from National Highway 4H, the village has 54 households that have clung to this land for a long time, yet life remains impoverished and trapped in deprivation.
