ĐBP - Recognizing digital transformation and information technology (IT) adoption as key to improving education quality, the provincial education sector has proactively rolled out a range of solutions in recent years.

ĐBP - While many schools are vibrant with flowers and words of gratitude for teachers, there are still those who silently sow literacy, receiving simple forest flowers in return. They are highland teachers, the “ferrypersons” who are not only steadfast in their profession but also persistent and loving, overcoming hardships of roads, weather, and living conditions... to light up dreams for students in the high mountains.

ĐBP - In the context of strong digital technology development, women in Điện Biên province have been promoting their pioneering, dynamic, and creative roles, contributing significantly to the digitization process.

ĐBP - Ensuring food safety in school canteens plays a vital role in protecting students’ health and supporting their physical and cognitive development. Aware of this importance, educational institutions across Điện Biên province have prioritized food safety, while health authorities have strengthened inspections to prevent potential food poisoning risks.

ĐBP - Visiting Chiềng Sinh commune today, many hamlets have clean concrete roads, solar-powered lamp posts, and national flags hanging along the routes. The coffee and macadamia gardens stretch green across the hillsides. The lives of people in the highland villages are “changing their skin and flesh” every day.

ĐBP - The policy of investing in building boarding schools in border communes, according to Notice No.81 TB/TW dated July 18, 2025, from the Party Central Committee, has demonstrated the strategic determination of the Party and State, oriented towards ethnic communities and students at the “frontier” of the Fatherland.

ĐBP - Amidst the countless difficulties of the mountainous border province of Điện Biên, where people’s lives are still full of deprivation, the light of literacy is constantly being lit. With high political determination and creative methods, Điện Biên province has been becoming a bright spot in the work of eradicating illiteracy in ethnic minority areas, contributing to gradually narrowing the intellectual gap between regions.

ĐBP - Identifying education and training, along with science and technology, as a top national policy, Điện Biên is specifying Resolution No.71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in educational development with practical, synchronous actions. The goal is to build a comprehensive, humane, and creative education, contributing to realizing the aspiration to lead the province to rapid and sustainable development on its new journey.

ĐBP - These days, visiting residential areas across Điện Biên province, one finds a bustling, joyful, and excited atmosphere for the Great National Unity Festival. The festival is an occasion for people to meet, tighten neighborly bonds, and look back on a year of joining forces and hearts to build prosperous and happy villages.

ĐBP - Thousands of gifts, wheelchairs, school supplies, and household items are meaningful tokens of sharing from all levels, sectors, and benefactors, given to people with disabilities in Điện Biên province over the years. Though the material value may not be large, they hold heartfelt care and encouragement, helping people with disabilities find more strength and confidence to rise up in life.

ĐBP - Identifying that “secure housing” is the foundation for people to “secure livelihoods,” Nậm Kè commune in Điện Biên province has recently implemented many synchronous programs and projects to support the construction and repair of housing for poor, near-poor, and policy-beneficiary households.

ĐBP - Child marriage and consanguineous marriage are harmful customs that still exist, especially in ethnic minority areas, leaving long-lasting and severe consequences. In the highland commune of Nà Bủng, many communication programs and plans to raise awareness are being synchronously implemented, gradually pushing back and aiming to eliminate the problems of child marriage and consanguineous marriage.

ĐBP - From practical actions to concrete community models, the campaign to build “5 no’s, 3 cleans” families launched by the Điện Biên provincial Women’s Union has become a highlight, spreading widely among local women and community members.

ĐBP - Making the “Campaign to build schools for border communes” a reality, and joining the rest of the country, Điện Biên province has broken ground on 10 inter-level boarding schools for primary and secondary students.

ĐBP - Implementing the two-level local government model, along with consolidating the apparatus towards being streamlined and effective, Điện Biên province has also placed special emphasis on the rational use and exploitation of redundant headquarters.

ĐBP – Recently, the Điện Biên provincial Police’s Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, organized a series of activities to promote online safety skills for students as part of the “Not Alone” campaign. The activity aims to raise awareness and equip students with self-protection skills against the increasingly sophisticated risks of scams, enticement, and online kidnapping in cyberspace.

ĐBP - Leaving their old homes in villages, small, tender, hesitant feet stepped through a new gate. Here, there are no more cold, huddled nights, no more unstable meals, but instead a new home, sparkling with warm sunshine and filled with love.

ĐBP - One of the 18 goals set by the Nà Bủng commune Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term is to ensure that by 2030, the commune will not have a resurgence of opium poppy cultivation and no new addicts will emerge. With many specific solutions and actions, Nà Bủng commune is determined to build a drug-free area.

ĐBP - Thousands of students are supported to go to school; hundreds of thousands of meters of land are donated by people to build roads and cultural houses; tens of thousands of gifts and compassionate meals are given to those in need. Many people are willing to participate in voluntary blood donation, helping to save patients who need the gift of life. Amidst the busy pace of life, there are hearts quietly contributing to the community day and night.

ĐBP - On November 8, comrade Mùa A Vảng, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, attended the 2025 Great National Unity Festival in Háng Pu Xi village, Xa Dung commune.
