During this time, the forges light up day and night, as it is when the demand for buying and repairing farming tools increases.

ĐBP - On the morning of April 13, the opening ceremony of the Bun Huột Nặm water splashing festival 2025 was held in Na Sang 1 hamlet, Núa Ngam commune, Điện Biên district, Điện Biên province.

ĐBP  -  On the morning of April 12, at the ceremonial stage of the Điện Biên Phủ Victory Monument, the Điện Biên provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DoCST) officially launched the fourth Vietnam book and reading culture day under the theme “Journey with books into the era of national rise”.
