ĐBP - After more than 2 months since its establishment, the Điện Biên provincial Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs has stabilized its operations according to its functions and duties; aiming to build an efficient, effective, and functional apparatus, contributing to the good and practical implementation of ethnic and religious policies in the locality.

ĐBP - Digital transformation is gradually becoming an indispensable part of all activities in the Education sector. From innovating teaching methods, modernizing management to administrative reform, digitization is bringing clear changes in how education operates and in the educational mindset of a mountainous border province like Điện Biên, which still faces many difficulties.

ĐBP - Seven years after launching the “One commune, one product” (OCOP) program, Điện Biên province now boasts 109 certified OCOP products rated three stars or higher. Among them, five products have achieved a 4-star rating, while 104 have been awarded 3 stars. Despite these achievements, the program’s implementation has revealed several shortcomings that require substantial adjustments to ensure the long-term sustainability of OCOP initiatives.

Through stories about the life and career of the beloved leader, the children have shown their love and admiration for the great leader of the nation.

ĐBP - In recent times, the Điện Biên provincial Department of Education and Training in has been rigorously and comprehensively applying information technology (IT) and digital transformation in education.

ĐBP - After the major April 30 - May 1 holiday of the country, which welcomed over 60,000 visitors, tourism in Điện Biên province is preparing for the off-peak season. The local tourism industry is implementing various solutions to maintain its appeal and retain visitors, ensuring that the flow of tourists doesn’t “break” with the seasons.

This phenomenon is not accidental but stems from the region’s unique geological features, particularly its location on active fault zones. Understanding the cause of these earthquakes is essential for enhancing preparedness and minimizing disaster risks.

ĐBP - With less than two months remaining before the district-level administrative units officially cease operations according to the administrative reorganization plan, this period is crucial for local authorities to complete unfinished tasks, accelerate project progress, and resolve any remaining issues, particularly in the area of basic construction investment.
