An overview of the conference.

The Secretary of the provincial Party Committee expressed his hope that the business community will continue promoting courage, resilience, and forward-looking aspirations; proactively renewing mindsets and corporate governance methods, seizing opportunities, and translating opportunities into measurable outcomes reflected in employment, workers’ income, budget contributions, and social security activities.

He requested major investors and leading enterprises to enhance linkages and collaboration with local firms; urged local businesses to strengthen cohesion and mutual cooperation while proactively expanding investment partnerships with out-of-province enterprises. In particular, it is essential to foster value chain linkages connecting enterprises, cooperatives, farmers, and scientists, tying agricultural production to processing, marketing, and brand building for Điện Biên’s signature products. Alongside this, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and investors should modernize management practices, build corporate culture aligned with development requirements, and step up the application of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation to sharpen competitiveness.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Trần Tiến Dũng and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Lê Văn Lương present Certificates of Merit from the provincial People’s Committee and congratulatory flowers to investors, enterprises, and cooperatives with outstanding achievements contributing to the socio-economic development of Điện Biên province.

For provincial agencies and departments, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee demanded continued innovation in mindsets and leadership and administrative methods; shifting strongly from management to enabling, serving, partnering with, and resolving difficulties for enterprises. Administrative competence must be measured by the satisfaction of citizens and businesses, alongside the efficiency and quality of investment projects.

On this occasion, the provincial People’s Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 19 collective entities comprising investors, enterprises, and cooperatives with outstanding achievements contributing to the socio-economic development of Điện Biên province.
