Điện Biên Deputy Secretary presents gifts to policy beneficiary families

ĐBP - On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Mùa A Sơn and representatives of provincial agencies visited and presented gifts to war invalids and policy beneficiary families in Điện Biên Phủ City on Thursday.

During his visit to the severely wounded war invalids Nguyễn Tiến Dũng and Nguyễn Thị Thanh in Him Lam Ward, Sơn expressed his deep gratitude for their contributions to the fight for independence, the defence of the Fatherland, and the socio-economic development of the locality.

He extended his best wishes for good health to the war invalids, sick soldiers, and their families, encouraging them to uphold the revolutionary tradition and continue to set examples for their descendants to follow.

The delegation visits veteran Nguyễn Tiến Dũng in Him Lam Ward.

Veterans Dũng and Thanh thanked provincial authorities for their support and pledged to uphold the values of Uncle Hồ's soldiers, guiding their descendants to excel in study and work.
