Chairman of Điện Biên People’s Committee Lê Văn Lương inspects projects in Điện Biên Phủ ward

ĐBP - On the afternoon of March 22, Lê Văn Lương, Chairman of the Điện Biên provincial People’s Committee, conducted a series of field inspections at several key projects situated within Điện Biên Phủ ward.

Accompanying the Chairman were Lò Văn Cương, Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; and Nguyễn Quang Hưng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Điện Biên Phủ ward; along with various leaders from provincial departments and sectors.

Lê Văn Lương conducts a field inspection at the urban residential and commercial service project in Residential Groups 17 and 18, Him Lam ward.

The delegation’s itinerary covered a comprehensive range of developments throughout the area. They began by surveying the urban residential and commercial service area at Residential Groups 17 and 18 in Him Lam ward, followed by an inspection of the Him Lam New Urban Area located to the east of the 60m road in Zone A. The team also visited the Him Lam 7 urban residential project and evaluated the progress of the Thanh Minh - Độc Lập road and its adjacent residential area, which serves as the Northern bypass. The field trip concluded with an assessment of the land strip along the Nậm Rốm Aquaria river.

The delegation meets with local residents to discuss and understand their aspirations.

At each project site, Lê Văn Lương acknowledged the significant efforts and persistence of the investors, provincial departments, and the Điện Biên Phủ ward administration in driving these initiatives forward. He paid close attention to the feedback and specific recommendations from the investors, particularly regarding the hurdles they face with site clearance, investment formalities, the allocation of capital, and the finishing touches on technical infrastructure.

Based on these field observations, the Chairman instructed all relevant agencies and units to enhance their coordination and provide proactive, timely solutions to resolve existing difficulties. He emphasized that these efforts are crucial to ensuring that every project remains on track and contributes effectively to the province’s urban development goals.
