Attending the gathering were comrade Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation; comrades of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, the Standing Board of the provincial People’s Council, leadership of the provincial People’s Committee, the provincial Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of provincial departments, sectors, and mass organizations, alongside numerous female leaders and officials from agencies and units across the province.

Delegates reviewed the 96-year tradition of construction and growth of the Viet Nam Women’s Union, affirming the role, stature, and essential contributions of women in the cause of national construction and defense, as well as throughout the socio-economic development of Điện Biên province.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Trần Tiến Dũng extended his warmest congratulations to female leaders and officials on Vietnamese Women’s Day, October 20. Concurrently, he expressed his wish that the contingent of female cadres continue promoting the fine traditions of Vietnamese women, constantly training, improving qualifications and operational capacity, and fostering a sense of responsibility, fortitude, and creativity; continuing to assert their role and standing, and actively contributing to the development of Điện Biên province in the new phase.

On this occasion, provincial leaders presented meaningful gifts to female leaders and officials, demonstrating care, recognition, and appreciation for the contributions of the female cadre contingent over recent times. This serves as a source of encouragement and motivation for female cadres to continue bringing their capabilities, intellect, and sense of duty into full play, successfully fulfilling assigned tasks and contributing to building an increasingly prosperous Điện Biên province.
