Strict management, preventing the abuse of transforming into illegal wildlife trading activities while still creating favorable conditions for people, is being actively implemented by functional sectors.

ĐBP - The 2025 - 2026 winter-spring crop is forecast to take place under weather conditions with many adverse factors, with a risk of prolonged severe cold and damaging cold spells accompanied by frost and ice.

These changes in payment methods are the result of the development and growing maturity of the digital technology enterprise community in Điện Biên province.
