ĐBP- Over two years after being recognized as an advanced new-style rural commune, Lay Nưa Commune in Mường Lay Town, Điện Biên Province has undergone significant transformation. The local Party committee, authorities and residents have worked tirelessly to develop their hometown, adhering to the motto “Building a new-style rural with a starting point, but no end point”.

ĐBP - The prolonged hot and dry weather, combined with the effects of the Lào winds, has put vast forested areas in Điện Biên Province under an extreme fire risk warning.
