Bringing together distinctive heritage traits of the Hmông community from various localities nationwide, each space offered residents and visitors captivating experiences, contributing to honoring and spreading the cultural beauty of the Hmông ethnic group in the heart of Điện Biên.

A central highlight along Mường Thanh Walking Street was the exhibition and cultural promotion pavilions representing 11 provinces home to Hmông communities, including Điện Biên, Tuyên Quang, Phú Thọ, Thái Nguyên, Sơn La, Cao Bằng, Lai Châu, Lào Cai, Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An, and Đắk Lắk.

Alongside these were Hmông cultural experiential zones organized by communes and wards across Điện Biên province - such as Sam Mứn, Tìa Dình, Quài Tở, Mường Thanh, and Điện Biên Phủ - as well as showcases mounted by units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Each exhibition pavilion carried its own distinct hallmarks, weaving a multifaceted and lively cultural tapestry that illustrated the rich spiritual life of the Hmông people across different regions.

Amid the festive atmosphere, local people and tourists immersed themselves in unique cultural experiences, listening to Hmông panpipe melodies, admiring vibrant traditional garments, exploring linen weaving, watching beeswax pattern drawing on fabric, savoring ethnic cuisine, and joining folk games.

Meticulous handicrafts, folk songs, folk dances, and wholesome customary practices were vividly presented, affording visitors the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the cultural beauty of the Hmông community.

The convergence of cultural colors along Mường Thanh Walking Street created an alluring attraction within the festival’s series of activities, while opening up a collaborative space to exchange and share experiences in preserving and promoting ethnic identity among localities.

Through this, the traditional cultural values of the Hmông people continue to be honored and widely promoted, leaving fond impressions in the hearts of residents and tourists visiting Điện Biên.
