Điện Biên successfully holds first Family Pickleball Tournament

ĐBP - After four days of competition, on June 22, final matches and the award ceremony of the First Family Pickleball Tournament in Điện Biên province were held at the provincial Stadium’s Training Hall.

According to the organizing panel, the event took place as planned. Although this was the first time the province hosted a tournament for this new sport, the competition’s professional quality was very high. This indicates that the practice of pickleball is growing rapidly among the people in general and families in particular.

The final match of the doubles (husband and wife) category.

Reportedly, all participating teams made great efforts and prepared thoroughly, with the families of athletes competing with determination to achieve high results.

After four exciting days of over 100 matches, the tournament ended successfully. Many matches were truly thrilling and dramatic, with beautiful and impressive rallies. These matches left a deep impression on both the organizing panel and local audience.

The organizing panel presents awards to outstanding pairs in the father-son doubles category.

At the end of the tournament, the organizing panel presented trophies and gold medals to the pairs who won first place, silver medals to the runners-up, and bronze medals to the third-place pairs.
