Joining the delegation on behalf of Điện Biên province were Lê Thành Đô, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, alongside leaders of various provincial boards, departments, and sectors.
The working delegation laid wreaths and offered incense at A1 National Martyrs’ Cemetery, Him Lam Martyrs’ Cemetery, Độc Lập Martyrs’ Cemetery, Tông Khao Martyrs’ Cemetery, and B142 Transport Sector Martyrs’ Cemetery.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation offered incense and observed a minute of silence to remember and express deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs, soldiers, and young volunteers who fought heroically and sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
Before the heroic spirits of the martyrs, delegates vowed to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, patriotism, and solidarity.
They expressed their determination to build their homelands of Thanh Hóa and Điện Biên into increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized lands, contributing alongside the entire country to successfully constructing and firmly defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Lê Đức Thái and members of the delegation offered incense at individual graves of heroic martyrs across the cemeteries, expressing deep respect and profound gratitude for the noble sacrifices of past generations for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the People.
