To improve the quality of cell meetings and contribute to building a clean and strong party organization, the Sín Thầu commune party committee has implemented various synchronous and practical solutions. Among these, assigning members of the commune party executive committee to directly participate in, monitor, and take charge of activities at village party cells is identified as the central solution. In mid-January, performing his assigned duty, Đỗ Thùy Giang, vice chairman of the commune people’s committee and a member of the commune party executive committee, directly attended and directed a regular meeting at the Tá Sú Lình village party cell. The meeting was conducted seriously and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the principle of democratic centralism and promoting the sense of responsibility of each party member within the cell.

Tá Sú Lình village currently has 28 households with 112 people and a natural area of 320ha. As a resettlement village under the old Project 79, most residents lack production land, and their income relies primarily on payments for forest environmental services. Based on this reality, during the meeting, Đỗ Thùy Giang clarified the viewpoints and orientations of the commune party executive committee regarding the focus on agricultural development in an effective and sustainable direction. He emphasized promoting the conversion of crop and livestock structures to suit actual conditions, linking production with product consumption, and applying science and technology to step-by-step improve income for the residents.

Emphasizing the solution for improving the quality of cell meetings, Chảo Trố Phạ, secretary of the Tá Sú Lình village party cell, stated that the close attention of the commune party committee and the specific committee member in charge has added motivation for the cell in party building work. This serves as an important foundation for the Tá Sú Lình village party cell to continue improving the quality of its meetings and promoting its role as a political core at the grassroots, contributing to the effective implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the locality.

The Sín Thầu commune Party Committee was established based on the merger of the party committees of Sen Thượng, Leng Su Sìn, and the old Sín Thầu communes, and it currently consists of 33 subordinate cells and party organizations. Facing the requirement to enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of grassroots party organizations and the contingent of party members as directed by the provincial party committee, and based on the reality of the organizational apparatus after the merger, the Sín Thầu commune Party Committee has focused on implementing many solutions to innovate and improve the quality of cell meetings.

Đặng Thành Huy, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Sín Thầu commune People’s Council, stated that to build a clean and strong party organization, the commune party committee has begun materializing and strictly organizing the implementation of the regulations and resolutions of the Central and provincial Party Committees. This includes improving the leadership capacity and combat strength of grassroots party organizations, contributing to consolidating the grassroots-level political system, and the responsibility of committee members to attend cell meetings. Accordingly, members of the Executive Board of the commune Party Committee are assigned to attend meetings at the cells to promptly grasp the situation, orient content, and resolve difficulties directly from the grassroots level. The commune Party Committee also promptly understands the thoughts and aspirations of party members as well as the obstacles arising at the local level.

Based on this, the Sín Thầu commune Party Committee proactively participates in cell meetings to provide feedback, draw experiences, and orient the meeting content toward practicality and efficiency. Alongside this, the committee directs subordinate cells and party committees to strictly implement the innovation of meeting content and methods according to the spirit of Directive No.50-CT/TW of the Secretariat, ensuring that meetings go into substance and link with the political tasks of the locality. The commune Party Committee also focuses on professional training for secretaries and party cell committees, guiding the organization of meetings according to the correct process and party principles. The development of new party members is also of special concern to supplement the strength and combat power of grassroots-level party organizations. On the foundation of the achieved results, the Sín Thầu commune Party Committee determines to continue strengthening leadership and direction in implementing grassroots democracy while focusing on inspecting and supervising the maintenance of party meeting regimes to promptly identify and adjust limitations.
