Attending the working session were Lê Văn Lương, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, alongside members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and leaders of provincial boards, departments, and sectors.

At the session, the Sín Thầu commune Party Committee reported outstanding results in socio-economic development, Party building, mass mobilization, dissemination, party member development, and national defense and security assurance across the area during the early months of the year.

During the first six months of the year, the commune Party Committee focused on leading the synchronous deployment of Resolution No.07-NQ/ĐU alongside specialized resolutions, effectively executing socio-economic development, national defense, security, and political system building tasks. The commune completed agricultural production plans, accelerating macadamia and coffee planting under provincial directives, while budget revenue and expenditure met development and social welfare execution requirements.

The two-tier local government model operated efficiently, and administrative reform continued to be accelerated, facilitating conditions for citizens and enterprises. Cultural, educational, medical, poverty reduction, and job placement sectors achieved positive results, while national defense, security, and border sovereignty were firmly maintained, and foreign affairs activities expanded - generating momentum for socio-economic development.

Sín Thầu commune petitioned the province to allocate funds for settling projects transferred following the implementation of the two-tier local government model. The commune requested the provincial People’s Committee, Department of Health, and Department of Finance to consider allocating resources to deploy medical examination and treatment software alongside electronic medical records at the commune health station, while issuing mechanisms guaranteeing system maintenance funds - covering software, servers, transmission lines, equipment maintenance, and information security.

Regarding site clearance, technical infrastructure, and functional works serving A Pa Chải border gate operations, the commune requested provincial direction for departments and sectors to accelerate investment procedures, early site clearance, and construction on schedule. The commune also requested early Provincial approval for the forest and forestry land review, adjustment, and classification project through 2030, establishing a legal framework for effective forestry development, while considering selecting Sín Thầu as a pilot locality for the province’s forest carbon credit development project. Furthermore, the commune petitioned departments and sectors to step up tourism promotion support, attracting travel enterprises, investors, and tourists to survey and build products and routes linked to local advantages.

During the session, representatives of provincial departments and sectors answered and clarified Sín Thầu commune’s petitions, providing information on resource allocation roadmaps and related task deployments. Provincial departments and sectors also oriented the locality to continue agricultural restructuring, developing key crops such as macadamia, coffee, and sugarcane, while strengthening forest protection, developing tourism tied to local culture, accelerating poverty reduction, and maintaining defense and security.

Concluding the working session, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng acknowledged, commended, and highly appreciated the results achieved by Sín Thầu commune in the first six months of 2026. Emphasizing upcoming tasks, the provincial Party Secretary requested the commune Party Committee to continue reviewing and perfecting working regulations, arranging job positions, and positioning cadres according to capacity - promoting innovative, creative spirits to exploit local potential and advantages effectively.

The provincial Party Secretary emphasized strict execution of anti-corruption and anti-waste work, accelerating digital transformation and innovation, while concentrating on completing socio-economic targets for the final six months to contribute to the province’s overall 2026 goals. For tourism development, he requested strengthening linkages, stepping up promotion, and building characteristic products linked to local potential. Concurrently, the locality must proactively prepare national target program deployments, prioritizing electricity supply and telecommunications coverage projects in unserved villages, while continuing administrative reform centered around serving citizens and enterprises.

The provincial Party Secretary also requested the commune to strengthen foreign affairs, grasp situations early and from afar, firmly maintain political security and social order, and safeguard national border sovereignty.

Prior to the meeting, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng and the delegation conducted field inspections of the site clearance, technical infrastructure, and functional works project serving A Pa Chải border gate operations, alongside the A Pa Chải Flagpole project.
