Joining the session were Chu Xuân Trường, Member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial Party Internal Affairs Commission, and Lò Văn Cương, Member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, along with various representatives from functional agencies and professional units.

In a spirit of frankness, openness, and responsibility, Phạm Văn Tấn, head of Thanh Xuân village in Thanh Nưa commune, presented opinions and recommendations of local residents regarding social welfare and daily living conditions.

Provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng and representatives from relevant departments engaged in direct dialogue to clarify and address the contents of these petitions.

This dialogue session proved instrumental in resolving difficulties and obstacles directly at the grassroots level, reflecting the close attention of provincial leadership. It highlighted the responsibility of the province’s top leader in listening to the thoughts and aspirations of the public while ensuring their legitimate rights, thereby strengthening the people’s trust in the Party committees and local government.
