Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of early spring, Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng conveyed his heartfelt wishes for health, prosperity, and new successes to all personnel of the provincial armed forces.

He took the opportunity to recognize and praise the significant achievements the provincial Military Command has secured in recent times, highlighting their pivotal role in carrying out defense and local military assignments.
