Trần Tiến Dũng and the working mission visited the families of two war invalids: Trần Văn Phinh, who has a 41% disability rating, and Nguyễn Văn Vật, who has a 21% disability rating, both residing in Điện Biên Phủ ward.

During the visits, the provincial Party Secretary kindly inquired about the health and daily lives of the war invalids and their family members.

In celebration of the Tết holiday, Trần Tiến Dũng wished the families a year of prosperity, happiness, and togetherness. He expressed deep gratitude for the contributions made by the war invalids to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

At the same time, he expressed his hope that they would continue to uphold revolutionary traditions and educate their descendants to strictly follow the Party’s guidelines and the State’s laws. He also encouraged them to remain active in labor and production, contributing to the development of a prosperous and civilized homeland.
