Lò Văn Cường, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nậm Kè commune Party Committee, stated: “Right from the beginning of the term, the Commune Party Executive Committee materialized studying and following Uncle Hồ into action programs and work plans suited to local practical conditions. The focus centers on promoting the pioneering, exemplary roles of cadres and party members, heightening responsibility in public duty execution, and innovating working styles toward staying close to the people, respecting the people, listening to, and promptly resolving issues of public concern. Each party cell selects breakthrough contents linked with assigned functions, while each cadre and party member drafts self-cultivation commitments tied to position descriptions, taking task results and public satisfaction as evaluation yardsticks.”

Studying and following Uncle Hồ in Nậm Kè does not stop at political study sessions, but is materialized through practical solutions in socio-economic development leadership. The Commune Party Committee clearly defines that every issued guideline must originate from practical requirements, aiming to elevate the material and spiritual lives of the public and resolve issues arising at the grassroots-level.

The commune Party Committee directs the commune People’s Committee to step up administrative procedure settlement process innovations, heighten administrative order and discipline, tighten public duty responsibility, and standardize the team of cadres and civil servants. To date, the entire commune has received and processed 1,318 administrative procedure dossiers - including 1,312 dossiers resolved on time, 2 dossiers in processing, and only 4 overdue dossiers, with no prolonged backlog. The organization and citizen satisfaction rate regarding administrative procedure resolution reached over 98%.

In the context where digital transformation becomes a pressing development requirement, the Nậm Kè commune Party Committee and People’s Committee continue making this a core task to elevate public service quality. Recently, the commune deployed a plan executing the “Digital Summer Campaign with VNeID, guiding digital citizens, accompanying the public in executing Project 06” in 2026.

The campaign runs from June 1 through August 31, 2026, with the participation of agencies, units, mass organizations, police forces, youth unions, community digital technology teams, and schools. Forces concentrate on dissemination, guiding citizens to install, activate electronic identification accounts, and use online public services and digital utilities - contributing to executing the Government’s Project 06.

Trần Văn Nguyên, Vice Chairman of the Nậm Kè commune People’s Committee, noted: “Digital transformation is an inevitable trend and an important driving force boosting local socio-economic development. Agencies, sectors, mass organizations, and villages decisively execute assigned tasks - promoting the core roles of police forces, youth unions, and community digital technology teams under the motto ‘go to every alley, knock on every door’ to guide citizens in installing, activating, and using VNeID electronic identification accounts. Concurrently, dissemination is stepped up toward being ‘easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to follow,’ helping residents efficiently exploit utilities such as integrating driver’s licenses, health insurance cards, using online public services, and numerous other digital utilities.”
