Joining the delegation on behalf of Điện Biên province were representatives of the Standing Board of the provincial People’s Council, along with leaders of various provincial boards, departments, and sectors.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense, observing a minute of silence to remember the heroic martyrs who fought bravely and sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.

In front of the heroic spirits of the martyrs, the delegation expressed deep gratitude for the immense sacrifices of past generations, vowing to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, maintaining solidarity, and building an increasingly prosperous homeland and country to contribute to the successful realization of socio-economic development goals.

The incense-offering activity serves as an occasion for cadres and party members of both provinces to pay tribute to heroic martyrs, educate on patriotic traditions and the moral principle of “When drinking water, remember its source,” while strengthening the solidary and close-knit relationship between Điện Biên and Lào Cai provinces.
