Attending the meeting included Trần Quốc Cường, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and member of the Central Party Committee; Mùa A Sơn, permanent Deputy Secretary; Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Chu Xuân Trường, head of the provincial Internal Affairs Department.

Over the past nine months, local party committees and relevant authorities have effectively led efforts to ensure national defence and security, maintaining sovereignty and public safety.

They successfully safeguarded important sites, hosted delegations, and managed significant political, economic, cultural, and foreign affairs events, notably the National Tourism Year in Điện Biên in 2024 and the 70th Anniversary of the Điện Biên Phủ Victory.

Efforts included combating illegal self-governing movements and unlawful religious practices.

Measures to prevent violations and crime, especially drug-related offenses and public order crimes, were implemented effectively.

Coordination among judicial agencies in investigations, prosecutions, trials, and enforcement of judgments was rigorous and aligned with legal standards.

Party committees at all levels enhanced efforts to disseminate and educate the public about laws concerning anti-corruption and negative practices.

Continued attention was given to judicial reform, with ongoing improvements in the organisation of the Judicial Steering Committee and related agencies.
