Attending the incense-offering ceremony were comrade Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation; representatives of the leadership of the provincial People’s Council, provincial People’s Committee, provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation; leaders of several provincial departments, boards, branches, and armed forces, along with youth union members.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense, expressing their deep gratitude for the immense contributions of President Hồ Chí Minh - the genius leader of our Party and People, who dedicated his entire life to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

The delegates vowed to live, work, and serve in accordance with Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle; and expressed their determination to build the Điện Biên homeland and the nation of Vietnam to become increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized.

The incense-offering ceremony is a meaningful activity aimed at educating about the revolutionary tradition, awakening national pride, and fostering a sense of responsibility toward the Fatherland.

Simultaneously, it continues to promote the learning and following of Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle among cadres, party members, and people from all walks of life.
