ĐBP - On the morning of May 12, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee Mùa A Sơn hosted a meeting with the province’s delegation of outstanding young pioneers who will attend the 10th National Congress of “Uncle Hồ’s good children” in 2025.

ĐBP - After a period of implementation, Circular No.29/2024/TT-BGDĐT on regulations for extra classes and tutoring (Circular 29) has received public attention and support. Alongside that, extra classes and tutoring remain a real and legitimate demand.

While it offers many opportunities for learning, connection, and entertainment, if not properly guided, social media can also pose significant risks, affecting children's psychological and emotional development.

ĐBP - Identifying disaster prevention as a top priority, Điện Biên province has proactively implemented numerous solutions to ensure the safety of its people, especially in areas at risk of landslides, flash floods, and landslides. Relocation plans, the construction of protective embankments, and raising community awareness are being implemented to help minimize damage and stabilize the lives of people in disaster-prone areas.

ĐBP - Through small fundraising activities by team members and the joint efforts of the community, the “Khăn Quàng Đỏ” (Red Scarf) houses have been built across the province. These warm houses, dedicated to poor students, have provided them with motivation, helping them overcome challenges in life and study, becoming well-behaved children and good students, loyal to Uncle Hồ.

ĐBP - The AI Day, organized by the People’s Committee of Điện Biên province in collaboration with STEAM for Vietnam and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, took place on May 6 at the provincial Conference and Cultural Center.

ĐBP - Over the years, the grassroots-level Trade Union of Nà Lơi Hydropower Plant, under the Cần Đơn Hydropower Joint Stock Company, has consistently played the role of a vital bridge between the enterprise and its employees.

ĐBP - With more than 34,000 public employees and workers across Điện Biên province, and over 31,000 trade union members affiliated with 946 grassroots unions, its labor unions have remained committed to their core mission: protecting the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of workers and trade union members.

ĐBP - The Workers’ Month 2025 in this May, themed “Vietnamese workers lead the way into the digital era,” is being celebrated across Điện Biên province through meaningful and practical initiatives spearheaded by the provincial Federation of Labor. These efforts aim to affirm the role and contributions of the working class, raise awareness and responsibility in safeguarding legitimate rights, and improve living and working conditions for workers.

ĐBP - Food safety has always been a top priority, especially in the context of unsafe and untraceable food still infiltrating the market. In order to enhance the management and oversight of food safety, particularly in collective kitchens and school canteens, the Điện Biên province’s Bureau of Food Safety and Hygiene (BFSH) has been closely collaborating with relevant units to implement a variety of inspection, awareness-raising, and comprehensive monitoring measures.
